FOUNDER: Laurie Keith opened her first travel agency almost 30 years ago after working abroad as a teacher. Today, she contributes her knowledge and experience of the travel industry to training and supporting independent travel advisors through Boutique Travel services, her boutique-style host travel agency and through the Travel Entrepreneur Academy, an award-winning education platform she founded to help travel entrepreneurs elevate their travel business.

Throughout her career, Laurie has played an integral role in Skal, TAMS, CATE, DWHSA, ACTA, Female Leaders in Travel, Air Canada Vacations Groups Expert Panel, Ensemble’s Member Advisory Council, Travel Agents Care, and remains committed to responsible tourism efforts. Her company has been awarded many accolades including Ensemble’s fastest growing travel agency in 2018, Karisma’s top storefront agency in Canada in 2019 and the 2021 Silver Magellan Award for top training program. She is a certified wedding planner and certified business coach and carries a passion for the travel industry, destination weddings, marketing, sales, software and app automation, and entrepreneurship.
